La Comunidad de Madrid ha firmado un convenio con el Ayuntamiento de Velilla en el cual se fomentar\u00e1 y colaborar\u00e1 para crear <strong>nuevas zonas verdes. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las nuevas zonas verdes se desarrollar\u00e1n para integrarlas en conjunto en un desarrollo urban\u00edstico de reciente construcci\u00f3n con el Parque Regional Sureste. <strong>La Consejer\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, ordenaci\u00f3n del Territorio y Sostenibilidad<\/strong> suministrar\u00e1 al <strong>Consistorio de Velilla<\/strong> un total de <strong>4000<\/strong> \u00e1rboles y <strong>2000<\/strong> arbustos para plantar en un total de <strong>15 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong> que abarcar\u00e1 esta nueva <strong>zona verde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La entrega de estos ser\u00e1 realizada por el Instituto Madrile\u00f1o de Investigaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo Rural, Agrario y Alimentario (IMIDRA). De los ejemplares que se suministrar\u00e1n, destacan los <strong>pinos<\/strong>, <strong>carrascos<\/strong> y las <strong>encinas<\/strong> en el caso de los \u00e1rboles. Para los arbustos, est\u00e1n integrados por <strong>coscojas<\/strong>, <strong>majuelos<\/strong> y <strong>retamas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se tiene previsto que la <strong>Comunidad de Madrid <\/strong>invierta cerca de <strong>70.000 euros<\/strong> hasta <strong>2024<\/strong>. \u00a0Esta cantidad estar\u00e1 destinada para el asesoramiento del Ayuntamiento de Velilla en talleres de formaci\u00f3n, t\u00e9cnicas de poda y plantaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevos conocimientos. Cabe destacar que todas las especies que ser\u00e1n suministradas para la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos espacios verdes provienen de <strong>Los Centros de Transferencia Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>.
