Su <strong>impacto<\/strong> es m\u00e1s fuerte cuanta m\u00e1s distancia exista entre el par\u00f3n de descanso y el retorno a la actividad. Adem\u00e1s, su influencia es mayor en aquellas personas con malos horarios, que no les guste su trabajo, afronten situaciones de despido en sus empresas o sufran de mobbing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los s\u00edntomas<\/strong> del s\u00edndrome postvacacional suelen variar en respuesta e intensidad. Los m\u00e1s comunes son ansiedad, apat\u00eda, tristeza, decaimiento, hast\u00edo, falta de energ\u00eda o insomnio junto con palpitaciones, sudoraci\u00f3n, hiperventilaci\u00f3n o taquicardias y suelen tener una duraci\u00f3n de dos a tres semanas.<\/p>\n<h2>H\u00e1bitos para prevenirlo<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Es importante adaptaros a los horarios habituales de manera progresiva, adem\u00e1s de incorporemos al trabajo de manera paulatina, nunca un lunes.<\/li>\n<li>No debemos traernos trabajo a casa y aprovechar los tiempos de descanso para hacer actividades sociales con familia y amigos.<\/li>\n<li>Practicar ejercicios de relajaci\u00f3n y meditaci\u00f3n nos ayudan a despejar la mente y mirar la vuelta a la rutina desde una perspectiva positiva.<\/li>\n<li>La pr\u00e1ctica de deporte nos ayuda a eliminar el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.<\/li>\n<li>Por otro lado, es imprescindible mantener horarios regulares de sue\u00f1o manteniendo cada d\u00eda los horarios de acostarse y levantarse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Alimentaci\u00f3n para combatirlo<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Podemos reducir el cansancio f\u00edsico y mental con la ingesta de alimentos ricos en magnesio y en potasio como legumbres, cereales integrales, verduras de hojas verdes, frutos secos, cacao en polvo, huevos, miel y semillas de ch\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Para dormir mejor necesitamos alimentos que incrementen los niveles de melatonina como tomates, cerezas, arroz, nueces, avena, pl\u00e1tanos y ma\u00edz dulce.<\/li>\n<li>Con naranjas, pi\u00f1a, grosellas, fresas, kiwis y papaya adquirimos abundante vitamina C, la cual reduce la ansiedad.<\/li>\n<li>Combatimos la tristeza y la apat\u00eda comiendo alimentos ricos en tript\u00f3fano, entre ellos, pl\u00e1tanos, setas, huevos, l\u00e1cteos, carnes, cacao, nueces y cereales integrales.<\/li>\n<li>Asimismo, debemos evitar el caf\u00e9, refrescos estimulantes, el tabaco, alcohol y az\u00facares refinados ya que causan nerviosismo e irritabilidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El s\u00edndrome postvacacional consiste en un trastorno adaptativo con una sintomatolog\u00eda similar a la del estr\u00e9s o la depresi\u00f3n y aparece cuando al finalizar un periodo de descanso, mayor al habitual, volvemos a la rutina diaria.
