Por lo tanto, si necesitas <strong><em>pedir una hipoteca <\/em><\/strong>acude a este servicio profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong><em>hipotecas a tipo fijo<\/em><\/strong> cuentan con un tipo de inter\u00e9s constante y, si los tipos suben, no se alteran las cuotas. De la misma forma, no es posible beneficiarse de las bajadas de los tipos y los plazos de devoluci\u00f3n son cortos.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong><em>hipotecas a tipo variable<\/em><\/strong> cuentan con un tipo de inter\u00e9s que var\u00eda <strong><em>en funci\u00f3n del Euribor<\/em><\/strong>. El primer periodo es m\u00e1s estable pero puede suceder que las bajadas se produzcan en el periodo de tipo fijo, por lo que no se obtendr\u00edan beneficios.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, las <strong><em>hipotecas a cuota fija<\/em><\/strong>, en las que siempre se paga lo mismo. Las subidas o bajadas conllevan que cambie el <strong><em>plazo de tiempo<\/em><\/strong>. La cuota no aumentar\u00e1 ni disminuir\u00e1, pero puede alargarse sin saber cu\u00e1nto tiempo en funci\u00f3n de que suban los tipos.<\/p>\n<p>Existen hipotecas de corta duraci\u00f3n, de larga duraci\u00f3n y del 80%.
