{"id":1575,"date":"2018-02-12T08:21:07","date_gmt":"2018-02-12T08:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.redpiso.es\/news\/?p=1575"},"modified":"2018-02-12T08:21:07","modified_gmt":"2018-02-12T08:21:07","slug":"gobierno-prorroga-2019-fondo-social-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.redpiso.es\/news\/gobierno-prorroga-2019-fondo-social-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno prorroga hasta 2019 el Fondo Social de Vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Fondo Social de Viviendas (FSV) se ha prorrogado durante un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 17 de enero de 2019. \u201cSe trata de la cuarta pr\u00f3rroga de este fondo, que se puso en marcha en enero de 2013 con 6.000 viviendas aportadas por las entidades financieras para dar acceso a familias vulnerables por la crisis mediante alquileres reducidos (entre 150 y 400 euros al mes)\u201d, seg\u00fan informa el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda en una nota de prensa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Fondo Social de Viviendas se uni\u00f3 a otras medidas del Gobierno de Mariano Rajoy para intentar reducir los desahucios y las ejecuciones hipotecarias consecuencia de la crisis econ\u00f3mica, como el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2012-3394\">C\u00f3digo de Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas Bancarias<\/a><\/strong> o la <strong>moratoria a las ejecuciones<\/strong>. De hecho, seg\u00fan fuentes del Ejecutivo central, entre el tercer trimestre de 2017 y el segundo trimestre de 2014, las ejecuciones han ca\u00eddo un 84%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, el FSV dispone de casi 10.000 viviendas sobre las cuales, hasta septiembre del pasado a\u00f1o, se han realizado m\u00e1s de 9.500 contratos de alquiler.
