Al evento acudieron diferentes representantes del mundo empresarial y tecnol\u00f3gico, que realizaron ponencias y mesas redondas sobre la importancia de la adaptaci\u00f3n al mundo digital. Hablamos con <strong>Francisco Bravo, Responsable de Formaci\u00f3n de Redpiso<\/strong>, que estuvo presente en el evento en nombre de nuestro Grupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hace poco tuvo lugar el Foro de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital \u201cConstruye el futuro\u201d, en el que se puso en relieve la importancia de la adaptaci\u00f3n de las empresas al mundo digital \u00bfC\u00f3mo fue el evento?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay momentos en nuestro recorrido personal y profesional que, de alguna manera, nos deja huella: este es uno de sus casos. Fue todo un placer para m\u00ed compartir este momento, rodeados de pinturas que retrataban los cambios alusivos al comercio y a la industria y estar junto a grandes empresas como Google, IBM, Microsoft, RISI, Wolters Kluwer, SATEC o Ibercaja. Mi intervenci\u00f3n fue dentro de la mesa redonda \u201cGesti\u00f3n 360\u00ba: El cliente en el centro\u201d. Para el Grupo Redpiso es fundamental una proyecci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n 360 grados de cara a nuestros clientes. La gesti\u00f3n es hoy mucho m\u00e1s compleja y no debe limitarse a comprar o vender tu inmueble.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Redpiso ha sido presentado ante la C\u00e1mara de Comercio como ejemplo de \u00e9xito en digitalizaci\u00f3n de empresa por Wolters Kluver, \u00bfqu\u00e9 importancia tiene este hecho?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estar presente como motor de cambio y tomar conciencia de ello nos hace part\u00edcipes de crear un nuevo futuro, y en ese sentido me gustar\u00eda agradecer al equipo de Wolters Kluver la invitaci\u00f3n a este evento. El estar presente en este foro refleja el resultado del cambio digital que Redpiso est\u00e1 implementando. Cuando piensan en ti para hablar de temas de actualidad, es que las cosas las est\u00e1s haciendo bien. Para nosotros es un reconocimiento que nos anima a seguir creciendo, y sobre todo a mantenernos como pioneros en nuestro sector.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1935\" src=\"https:\/\/www.redpiso.es\/corporativo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2020-01-22-Entrevista-C\u00e1mara-de-Comercio-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2568\" height=\"1449\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1 siendo el proceso de digitalizaci\u00f3n a nivel global? \u00bfSe est\u00e1n dando cada d\u00eda unos pasos tan grandes como parece?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es una realidad, y lo tenemos tan integrado en nuestra vida cotidiana que lo normal es que en el modelo de trabajo tambi\u00e9n nos tengamos que adaptar. Tenemos que aprovechar esta digitalizaci\u00f3n en nuestro sector para mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n con el cliente y poder estar siempre atentos a sus necesidades. \u00bfAlguien se cuestiona hoy cuando encendemos la luz el avance que ello supuso en nuestra sociedad a nivel global? La enciendes y piensas que est\u00e1 ah\u00ed desde siempre. Las personas nativas digitales conviven con una realidad intr\u00ednseca a sus vidas, y estos cambios tan grandes que hoy notamos en nuestro sector dentro de unas generaciones ser\u00e1n tan comunes como tener una bombilla encendida en casa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se ha ido trabajando desde Redpiso para seguir avanzando en este proceso? \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las herramientas que m\u00e1s podemos destacar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy tenemos que ser \u00e1giles, tenemos que dar un servicio excelente de Marketing y asesoramiento judicial, tener expertos gestores de nuestra mano, as\u00ed como un equipo que nos ayude a la gesti\u00f3n de reforma, decoraci\u00f3n\u2026 Tenemos que adaptarnos al presente, y el presente es digital: asesoramiento fiscal, de seguros de hogar\u2026todas las gestiones vinculadas al sector inmobiliario. Hoy mi experiencia era compartir una realidad que estamos llevando a cabo con nuestros partners Walter Kluwers. El trabajo de Redpiso a nivel de digitalizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 fundamentado en varias herramientas: recursos digitales como Formaci\u00f3n, CRM\u2026, herramientas de gesti\u00f3n como A3, Kairos, conexiones con FIM\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Y todo esto est\u00e1 enfocado, al fin y al cabo, a mejorar la experiencia del cliente. \u00bfC\u00f3mo afectan estos cambios al comprador?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yo siempre intento ponerme en lugar de nuestros clientes, y he llegado a la conclusi\u00f3n de que la gesti\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s amplia y transversal.
